About me
As a Chartered Accountant, Duncan McNab spent 19 years working his way through a broad range of roles in big businesses culminating as CFO for a State owned IT agency. His experiences range from hands-on management reporting, cash flow and working capital management, impactful budgets and forecasts, and strategic advice supporting the implementation of large scale change.
After listening to a number of friends operating small and medium businesses discuss their need for greater business aligned and strategic financial support, he developed the idea of bringing his experiences and capabilities to organisations that otherwise would not be able to access the specialised and contemporary finance skills and outputs big businesses can.
Duncan is passionate about using both financial and operating data in your business to create meaningful insights that help you understand your business decisions better.
